The Diagnostic report “The Experience of Online Education” focused on understanding the educational expectations and experiences of students, lecturers, and technical staff in art and design 2021-23. The adopted research methods encompassed the use of both a survey and a focus group interview as means of data collection. The presentation consists of the following parts:

Biography: Anita Basińska is a sociologist, researcher and lecturer. Her professional interest includes applied sociology, social research and research methodology. She participated in numerous research projects focused on design in orphanages, children’s competencies, business organisations (e.g. organisational culture, research and development activities), and social responsibility in organisations.

Institution: School of Form is a part of SWPS University – first private university in Poland. The philosophy of School of Form is rooted in human-centred design, which considers the needs of individuals, communities, and environment. Education is based on humanities as the source of human knowledge, designing skills, knowledge about various technologies, implementation of projects and the ability to cooperate with business.
